Recruiter, Clinical Development and R&D
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $145,600 - $166,400 per year
Location: Redwood City, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
As a contract recruiter, you will be a part of a fast-paced and talented HR team for an innovative biotechnology company. In this role, you will be integral to the organization's ability to attract top talent, providing full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers, including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with your client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Provide strategic, full-cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source passive candidates for various skill sets.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position and benefits of the organization.
- Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience, including 3+ years of recent recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.
